A Look Behind The Curtain at Short Sale Artisan in 2010!

2010 with FireworksHey everyone! We have been growing by leaps and bounds and have been so busy we haven’t done a good post updating on what is going on “behind the curtain” at Short Sale Artisan in a while. Our user base is enthusiastic about Short Sale Artisan and we have been getting lots of fantastic ideas about how to expand on our current offerings and services.

So, now that we are in 2010, destined to be a “boom year” in Short Sales, let’s see what is going on! We have a number of great new enhancements which we expect to roll out to the site within the next few weeks.

  • New Site Features
    • Project Journal - the Project Journal feature will allow you to enter in (by project) what happened on a project – so if you want to make a memo of what happened on a phone call with the bank, or during your visit with the homeowner; you simply make an entry into the Project Journal of Short Sale Artisan. Upon submission, that record will be date and time-stamped so you have a quick and easy way to know exactly what happened on each project, and when.
    • Document Upload – will provide all Short Sale Artisan users the ability to upload any and all documents, including photos, PDF files, word files, and more. You can also choose whether or not to associate the document with a particular project. This will allow you to upload both project-specific documents (like photos of the property damage or signed release authorizations), and documents that are not project specific (for example; a custom marketing letter you have developed).
    • Lender Specific Packages - We are adding over 40 lender-specific short sale packages to the site, so that you can be sure you are sending all the documents the lender you are working with needs.
  • Hard Money Lending and Transactional Financing Network Growth - We now have connections and have developed partnerships with hard money and transactional lenders nationwide at competitive rates. In fact, our transactional funding can often be secured for around 2 points. If you need funding, simply submit a request from our Funding module in Short Sale Artisan.
  • Lead Generator Add-On Services – We have also partnered with lead generator services which will be available for an additional fee. We are able to provide targeted leads, by zip code, of all properties in an area that are 60-90 days late on their loans but are not yet in foreclosure. This will allow you to be more competitive and quite simply find more deals.   • Other Upcoming Initiatives:
    • Qualified Buyers – We also have been expanding our ability to help you find qualified buyers, including rehabbers, for your properties. Need an offer? Contact us at support@shortsaleartisan.com and we can help you find one!
    • Loss Mitigation / Negotiation ServicesWe are partnering with one of the largest Loss Mit companies in the nation. Details are still being worked on, so stay tuned!

As you can see, 2010 is going to be a great year, and Short Sale Artisan will be there every step of the way to help you succeed.
